What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, your account will return to the free tier at the end of your billing period. This means you will have limited features and any cards exceeding the free tier limits will no longer be accessible.

Is there a discount for yearly billing?

Yes, you'll receive a 20% discount when you choose yearly billing instead of monthly billing.

Can I add rare or special edition cards to my collection?

Absolutely! Our platform supports all Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, including rare, limited edition, and promotional cards from throughout the game's history.

Subscription Terms

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and the Cancellation of Transactions Regulations (2010), subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.

For subscriptions less than ₪100, no refund will be provided upon cancellation. For special populations (senior citizens over 65, people with disabilities, and new immigrants), an extended 4-month cancellation window is available when the transaction involved direct communication.

To cancel your subscription, you may use any of the following methods: email us at help.cardtopia@gmail.com or use the cancellation link in your account settings. A clear and accessible cancellation form is also available on our website.

Please note that subscription upgrades are treated as new transactions and require explicit consent. Any eligible refunds will be processed within the timeframe prescribed by law.
