5. Subscription and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Right: Subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason.
• Cancellation Fee: For subscriptions less than ₪100, no refund will be provided upon cancellation.
• Subscription Effects: Cancelling your subscription will revert your account to the free tier, with limited access to collection features. Cards exceeding free tier limits will no longer be accessible.
• Special Populations: For senior citizens over 65, people with disabilities, and new immigrants, an extended 4-month cancellation window is available when the transaction involved direct communication.

• Subscription Changes: You can upgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are treated as new transactions and require your explicit consent.
